FBN Quest

I have worked in FBNQuest Merchant Bank for about 4 years now and it's a great place to work. The organisation is well structured with defined reporting lines. There are quarterly townhall meetings by Management teams to update staff on the Company's performance, strategy and departmental review. You are almost guaranteed of getting promoted every two years once you perform well and in some cases back to back promotion (getting promoted twice in the space of three years). Prizes are allotted to the departments and individuals who excelled during the course of the year. The environment is not tensed as you will normally find in commercial banks. I will say it's an enabling environment that allows you showcase your skills, work hard, deliver results whilst having fun.
