Pros
- A fast paced work environment - Learnt the reason why people avoid Indians. - Learnt so much within short period of time - Wonderful colleagues - Remote/physical work flexibility - Wonderful communication channels.
Cons
- Something is very wrong with Indians - Very terrible payment compensation/salary structure. - Fire fighting system of work - Management doesn't really care about staff welfare - Low chance of growth, just get moved within departments on same level. - Little or no appreciation of staff effort - Very bad lack of work machines/environment (laptops, slow internet, water logged compound, mosquitoes) - CEO has very terrible human management skills. - HR department is almost non-existent.

Being able to provide a strong customer experience is crucial for any organization which Gokada has equipped me for. Though, It can be crazy sometimes because some customers are very dynamic and at times super frustrating. But with the team help of my team, I was able to maneuver.
