- Salary structure disproportionately affects employees. The odds are horrible - Career advancement, if I can call it that, is quite the climb. Not worth it. - Very toxic environment. (High expectations, meagre rewards, constant micromanaging, rapid burnouts, little regard for employee feedback on key issues, bullying behaviour, control) - High attrition rate - The 'If you don't want the job, leave' management mentality - Zero chance for growth.
