There is a lack of structure: things are done on the whims of the MD. The said MD can be very spontaneous, setting high expectations and unrealistic deadlines. You can get fired/terminated without prior notice or without even doing anything, just like that. I saw it happen. MD doesn't listen to the people he's hired; hence he's surrounded by yes men. It's a company selling luxury real estate so you should be paid commensurately, right? Nope. You'll find it hard to get by on what you get.
