HR & Operation Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures. Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices. Supervise office administration and coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and leave management. Manage operational budgets, inventory, and resource allocation where required. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote continuous improvement across the business. Prepare operational and HR reports for management. Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR operations, HR manager or in a similar role Good knowledge of labor law Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Team management skills BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field Location: Opebi, Ikeja
