About the role
Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and mentor a small sales team through daily check-ins and performance tracking. Drive team productivity to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Sales & Revenue: Drive B2B expansion within the solar industry. Manage the full sales cycle, including price negotiation, closing transactions, and payment collection. Account & Market Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers. Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales. At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly (commission to be discussed in person) Location: Alaba International Market, Ojo – Lagos
