About the role

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across all transactions Record daily financial activities, including income, expenses, and bank transactions Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Process payroll, including salaries, deductions, and statutory remittances Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies Utilize accounting software to improve efficiency and accuracy Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and financial regulations Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively High level of integrity and confidentiality What We Offer: Competitive salary package Accommodation provided Growth and learning opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly Location: Agbara–Badagry Axis, Lagos, Nigeria Accommodation: Available
