Software Developer / IT Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s websites, software applications, and digital platforms Build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems Manage software installations, updates, user access, and system configurations Maintain data security, system backups, and basic cybersecurity practice Support the integration and maintenance of third-party systems and digital tools Identify opportunities to improve the company’s technology infrastructure and operational efficiency Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and IT processes Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or a related field Strong knowledge of software development and programming Experience with web development, databases, APIs, and system integration Good understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and system backup practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects Good communication and teamwork skills Experience in travel, aviation, education, or booking technology is an added advantage.
