About the role

Responsibilities: Identify and source high-potential candidates globally through digital platforms and professional networks Conduct pre-screening and selection interviews Assess candidate alignment with entrepreneurial and performance-based environments Manage talent pipelines and recruitment tracking systems Support onboarding and orientation processes Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce expansion strategies Contribute to employer branding and outreach campaigns Facilitate candidate engagement webinars and information sessions Requirements: Experienced or interested in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment. Strong communicators with candidate engagement skills. Entrepreneurial-minded with long-term vision. Comfortable working in performance-driven environments. Skilled in digital networking and outreach. Coachable and committed to personal growth. Interested in building scalable income streams beyond traditional employment. Areas of Specialisation & Growth: Global Digital Recruitment Strategies Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Leadership Pipeline Development HR Analytics & Recruitment Performance Tracking Team Structuring & Organizational Scaling What We Offer: Structured international recruitment training programme.
