Production Manager

Responsibilities: Production & Planning: Execute daily production schedules, optimise raw material usage, and ensure weekly/monthly manufacturing targets are met. Manpower Management : Supervise, train, and manage shop-floor personnel and machine operators across multiple shifts. Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery to minimise downtime. Quality & Safety : Enforce strict adherence to quality control standards and factory health and safety protocols. Requirements: A minimum of 5–8 years of mandatory supervisory experience strictly within the fibre cement manufacturing industry. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related field). Hands-on operational expertise with the Hatschek process and related fibre cement machinery. Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities and proven experience managing a large blue-collar workforce.
