About the role

Responsibilities: Market and promote hotel rooms, facilities, and services. Generate room bookings from corporate and individual clients. Source and refer events such as conferences, seminars, weddings, birthdays, meetings, and other social gatherings. Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, event planners, and businesses. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies. Promote the hotel through digital marketing, social media, and direct sales activities. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets. Requirements: A minimum of an OND in marketing, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing. Self-motivated and result-orientated. Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly (based on experience and performance). Benefits: 5% Commission on every room sold and occupied through the marketer's efforts. 10% commission on every confirmed event booking referred to the hotel. Additional performance incentives may be awarded for outstanding results.
