About the role
Responsibilities: Advanced Presentation & Demo Leadership (Core Focus): Command both physical and virtual rooms by confidently delivering engaging, high-impact presentations to diverse stakeholders. Lead product demos across platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet with seamless screen-sharing, strong audio/video presence, and audience engagement techniques. Read audience cues (body language, tone, engagement levels) and dynamically adjust delivery to maintain attention and relevance. Use storytelling to transform standard presentations into interactive, solution-driven conversations tailored to each client’s needs. Technical & Platform Expertise: Rapidly learn and master complex software platforms (e.g., logistics, tracking, or SaaS tools) to confidently demonstrate value within a short timeframe. Conduct live troubleshooting during demos, handling technical issues or unexpected questions calmly without disrupting the flow. Translate product capabilities into real-world use cases that align with client operations and challenges.
