About the role

Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Sales & Target Management: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts Monitor market trends and competitor activities Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction Handle complaints or objections professionally Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system Requirements: Minimum 5 years in the latest/current job in construction chemicals Must be currently working in the same industry / same field Strong network in the construction / project / industrial market Proven ability to generate sales and manage key accounts Experience with contractors, consultants, applicators, and project-driven business Strong leadership and commercial mindset Applicants from paint companies should apply.
