About the role
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
Recruit qualified personnel across company operations Manage onboarding and staff orientation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Develop staff retention and engagement strategies Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
Workforce Discipline & Professionalism:
Address cases of misconduct, poor communication, absenteeism, and operational negligence Enforce company rules, discipline, and professional standards Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures Ensure staff maintain proper behavior both on-site and within company operations
Staff Retention & Welfare:
Improve employee morale and workplace culture Develop systems to reduce staff turnover Handle employee complaints and welfare concerns Coordinate staff support during field and operational assignments
Internal Communication & Operations Support:
Improve communication between management, operations teams, drivers, operators, and field personnel Coordinate internal reporting and information flow Support operational planning and workforce scheduling Ensure instructions and operational updates are communicated effectively
Administration & Organizational Structure:
Implement proper administrative procedures and reporting systems Maintain company personnel files and compliance records Prepare HR and operational reports for management Support development of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, management, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in HR, administration, or workforce management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage discipline and staff relations professionally Strong organizational and reporting ability
Preferred:
Experience in oil & gas, logistics, transportation, construction, or heavy equipment operations Experience managing field staff and operational teams Knowledge of workforce compliance and operational coordination
Personal Qualities:
Disciplined and professional Firm but fair Strong in communication and conflict management Highly organized and proactive Able to work under pressure Capable of managing diverse operational teams
