About the role
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and unit sales targets. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Drive the sale of luxury apartments, penthouses and serviced residences. Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to maximise revenue opportunities. Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Business Development:
Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, private investors, corporate organisations and real estate brokers. Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Expand the company's client database and referral network. Attend industry events, networking functions and investment forums.
Team Management:
Recruit, coach and supervise sales executives and relationship managers. Liase with HR to set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team. Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline meetings. Develop sales training initiatives to improve team effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with high-value clients and investors. Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally. Ensure client retention and repeat investment opportunities.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of sales experience. At least 4 years in luxury real estate sales leadership. Proven record of achieving multi million naira sales targets. Experience selling premium residential developments. Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 Monthly Note: The ideal candidate must possess strong luxury real estate sales experience, exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to engage high net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, corporate executives and institutional buyers.
