About the role
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential corporate clients (hotels, schools, hospitals, estates, etc.) needing facility management and maintenance services.
Service Promotion:
Pitch and introduce our core services, including Professional Air Conditioner (AC) Maintenance, Comprehensive Facility Management, Solar Installation & Energy Solutions General Procurement and Supply
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement officers, admin managers, and business owners).
Deal Closure:
Act as the primary bridge between potential clients and our technical team to successfully secure service contracts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate. An active, strong network within corporate, commercial, or residential real estate sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Background knowledge of facility management, real estate, or engineering services is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
