Event Manager

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion Source and secure new event opportunities to drive revenue Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards Promote event services and contribute to marketing initiatives Track event performance and provide post-event reports Maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts Requirements: A minimum of a b.sc in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or management Proven ability to generate and manage events independently Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Key Competencies: Creativity & Attention to Detail Sales & Business Development Skills Client Relationship Management Problem-Solving Time Management & Organization Remuneration: NGN 180,000- 200,000 plus commission
