About the role

Key Responsibilities Recruit, develop & retain a minimum number of Agency personnel Set, monitor & drive the achievement of sales targets across teams Open & expand business opportunities in designated locations Ensure consistent performance & achievement of sales objectives Represent the company professionally in strategic engagements & markets Core Duties Monitor Sales Managers’ activities & maintain acceptable team size Train and onboard new hires on the company’s insurance products & processes Prepare & submit weekly & monthly performance reports using spreadsheets & Microsoft Office tools Deliver presentations to internal teams, partners & external audience Represent the company at high-profile events, meetings & industry functions Qualifications & Experience •Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry •At least a BSc or HND in a relevant discipline •Strong knowledge of the NIIRA Act •Proven track record in team building and sales leadership •Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently Key Competencies •Leadership and people management •Strategic sales planning •Strong communication and presentation skills •Analytical and reporting skills •High level of professionalism and integrity
