Relationship Manager

Responsibilities: Source and onboard quality salaried clients (civil servants & corporate staff) Drive payroll-based loan disbursement and collections Mobilize deposits and grow client portfolios Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repayment performance Meet and exceed assigned sales and recovery targets Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll lending Must have worked with leading lending institutions such as credit direct limited, renmoney, branch international, fairmoney, MFB or similar Proven track record in loan sales, deposit mobilization, and recovery Strong network within government ministries, agencies, and corporates Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
