About the role

Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize social media platforms and online campaigns. Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with sales and other departments to support lead generation efforts. Manage website updates and improve online user engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead generation and conversion rates. Website traffic growth. Social media engagement and audience growth. Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Search engine ranking improvements. Campaign performance against targets.
