About the role

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, content scheduling, and engagement on our Facebook Business Page and exclusive VIP customer groups. Share company updates, product information, technical articles, and industry news. Promptly respond to customer inquiries received via social platforms. Conduct initial needs assessment and lead qualification, ensuring smooth handover to sales. Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for our TikTok channel. Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with relevant industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Host regular live sessions on Facebook and TikTok showcasing products, industry insights, and promotions to attract prospects and grow our follower base. Produce compelling marketing copy, visuals (images/graphics), and videos tailored for various digital platforms and campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging and content updates across all relevant social channels, including YouTube and LinkedIn. Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and audience growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the packaging machinery, commercial micro oven, etc., industrial equipment, or related sectors. Candidates without direct industry experience will not be considered. Demonstrated expertise in managing Facebook Business Suite, TikTok content creation/editing/publishing, and LinkedIn/YouTube marketing. Strong copywriting, visual content creation (basic graphic design/video editing), and live presentation skills. Proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite basics) is essential. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to engage professionally and persuasively with diverse audiences. A self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple platforms, content calendars, and customer interactions efficiently. Professional demeanor and presentable appearance, comfortable representing the brand on live video and in potential KOL/networking engagements.
