About the role

Responsibilities: Talent Identification & Nurturing: Identify, attract, and onboard high‑potential talent across technology, consulting, sales, and operations roles. Workforce Management: Develop HR practices that engage, motivate, and retain Gen Z and millennial employees, balancing flexibility with accountability. HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership across all business lines. People Operations & Compliance: Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Culture, Learning & Engagement: Design and run onboarding, learning, and development initiatives for technical and non‑technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within technology, professional services, or fast‑growing organisations. Proven experience managing multi‑generational teams, with strong insight into Gen Z workforce dynamics. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Ability to balance people‑centric thinking with business outcomes. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working in or supporting hybrid/remote teams is an advantage. CIPM or other relevant HR certification is a plus.
