About the role

Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile accounts. Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly performance and financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making. Administrative Support: Assist with other unrelated administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Advising: Provide insights on new processes to implement, and important financial metrics to track in order to maximize efficiency Requirements: 3 years minimum of proven experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A reliable, up-to-date computer or laptop Stable internet connection (30 mbps+ minimum) Backup power source (e.g. generator or battery) Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and learning new tools The ideal candidate: You’re a very motivated and detail-orientated accountant/CFO/bookkeeping and reporting specialist. High level of expertise in bookkeeping with quickbooks, handling tons of data in spreadsheets, Are passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial insights that drive business decisions. Remuneration: NGN 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 Monthly Work Schedule: 9am CST-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Weekends Required.
