About the role

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions across the organisation. Drive adoption of SFA tools (e.g., Beatroute) among sales teams through structured training and change management Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, test strategies, and acceptance criteria Integrate SFA platforms with ERP systems to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless business operations Automate sales processes from order capture to final delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights for business growth Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to support leadership decision-making Lead troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvement of SFA and related systems Manage and mentor teams supporting SFA and channel partner systems Design and deliver training programs and user manuals to ensure effective system utilisation. Requirements: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM, or digital sales transformation roles Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field Certifications in CRM/SFA tools or data analytics (preferred but not mandatory) Proven experience in implementing and managing SFA tools (preferably Beatroute or similar platforms) Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product teams Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in distribution or sales-driven organizations is mandatory Core Competencies: Sales process automation Data Analytics & Business Intelligence ERP & CRM systems Stakeholder & change management Training & capability building Remuneration: NGN 800,000 Monthly Gross
