About the role
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment for various roles across the organisation. Design and execute effective onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs. Manage talent coordination across key functions, including Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Content Creation, Project Management, Logistics, and Events. Develop and implement performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies. Foster a strong organisational culture centred on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate HR documentation, generate reports, and ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and best practices. Support leadership with organisational development, employee relations, and change management initiatives. Facilitate virtual and in-person training and engagement sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Solid experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in conducting virtual meetings and presentations (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Sound knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and HR best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile
