Head Of Operations

Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational units of the organisation. Oversee deployment, supervision, and performance management of security personnel across client locations. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standard operating frameworks. Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage operational risk, incident response, and crisis management protocols. Coordinate training, capacity building, and performance evaluation of field personnel. Collaborate with business development teams to support client acquisition and retention. Oversee logistics, fleet management, and deployment of security equipment and technology. Prepare periodic operational reports for executive management and the board. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution in a relevant field (e.g., security management, business administration, social sciences, or a related discipline). A master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience
