Facility Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repairs Ensure safety and security of the building Manage facility staff and contractors Monitor electricity, water, and other utilities Handle building budgets and supplies Inspect facilities regularly to identify problems Ensure compliance with health and safety rules Requirements: A minimum of a diploma in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field A minimum of 2 years of experience Experience in property or facility management is an advantage Good communication and leadership skills Problem-solving ability Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures Organizational and time-management skills
