About the role

Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process cash, POS, transfer, and card payments correctly. Handle delivery app orders and ensure timely coordination with dispatch riders. Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy. Confirm all food and beverage orders before handoff to customers or riders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining areas. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and front-of-house supplies. Follow company hospitality and service standards consistently. Assist with opening and closing procedures when required. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during shifts. Requirements: A minimum of an OND qualification. Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and multitasking ability. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
