About the role
Responsibilities: Familiarising oneself with all products and services offered by the company. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals to expand our client base. Act as the company’s "eyes and ears" in the marketplace by gathering intelligence on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities. Provide valuable insights to engineering and R&D teams to keep offerings competitive. Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals. Contribute directly to revenue generation, ensuring the company’s financial sustainability and growth. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business. Market awareness and ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Preparation of bid document and attending tender/bid meeting on behalf of the company
Requirements:
A minimum of a BSc in any related field. A minimum of 4 years experience
