About the role
Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility. Manage social media pages and create engaging marketing content. Promote products, special offers, and campaigns across digital platforms. Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities. Develop strategies to attract and retain customers. Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity reports. Support branding, advertising, and public relations activities. Work closely with operations and production teams to promote products effectively. Generate leads for corporate orders, events, and partnerships. Assist in planning campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food, retail, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management. Good communication and content creation skills. Ability to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Graphic design or basic content editing skills are an advantage.
