Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in student recruitment and travel services Build relationships with educational institutions, agents, and travel industry partners Develop growth strategies for student recruitment and travel packages Collaborate with teams to promote programs, services, and travel packages Analyze market trends and student/traveler needs to inform business decisions Meet and exceed business targets and KPIs for both student recruitment and travel services. Requirements: A minimum of an HND, marketing, tourism, or related field 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in education, travel, or related industry Proven track record of meeting targets Strong relationship-building and communication skills Strategic thinker with analytical skills Experience with CRM and sales tools. Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000 Benefits: Basic commission Locations: Iba, Lasu Road, Lagos State; and Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo State
