Porter

Responsibilities: Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area Provide general assistance to guests as needed. Give support to front desk when needed. Maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance at all times. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, or GCE). A minimum of 0–1 year's experience and prior experience as a security guard or customer service is an added advantage. Basic literacy and ability to communicate in English language. Must be physically fit and strong. Proven experience as a porter in a hotel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance. Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays. Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Gross Monthly
