Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets. Lead Generation & Marketing: Execute digital marketing (social media, SEO, email) and traditional marketing (events, print) to attract prospects. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor sales agents to enhance performance and ensure achievement of goals. Sales Execution: Oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and maximize ROI. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries to ensure high satisfaction. Reporting: Analyse sales data and provide weekly/monthly reports to management on performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing management (usually 4–6 years). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
