About the role

Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online channels Promote and sell solar energy products and solutions Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide after-sales support and follow-up Keep accurate records of sales activities and reports Requirements Minimum of OND in any field 2+ years experience in sales (solar, electrical, or technical sales is an advantage) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and in a team Basic understanding of solar systems is a plus Skills & Competencies: Sales and persuasion skills Customer relationship management Confidence and resilience Good presentation skills Time management and organization Why Join Us?
