About the role
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Design graphics, write compelling captions, and produce video content showcasing products and company activities. Generate qualified leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms. Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to promote products, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and marketing ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Proven experience managing business social media accounts and running successful campaigns. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience marketing B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction-related products will be an added advantage.
