About the role

Responsibilities: System Administration & DevOps: Manage, maintain, and monitor cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Linux/Windows servers, VMs, containers) Administer and optimise CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Implement and maintain security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, proactively resolving issues Manage DNS, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Maintain disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and business continuity protocols Bitrix24 Administration & Development: Administer and configure the organisation's Bitrix24 environment (CRM, tasks, workflows, communication tools) Build and maintain Bitrix24 automation rules, business processes, and workflow triggers Develop and deploy Bitrix24 chatbots and virtual assistants using the Bitrix24 REST API and Open Channels Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party applications via REST API, webhooks, and middleware tools Create and maintain user roles, permissions, and onboarding configurations within Bitrix24 Troubleshoot Bitrix24 platform issues and liaise with Bitrix24 support where required AI Agent & Bot Development Design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents for the company website and customer-facing channels Develop internal AI automation bots to handle repetitive tasks, data entry, notifications, and escalations Integrate large language model (LLM) APIs (e.g. Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) into existing workflows and platforms Build and maintain agent orchestration logic, prompt engineering pipelines, and tool-use integrations Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where appropriate, including embedding models and vector databases Monitor AI agent performance, iterate on prompts and logic, and maintain comprehensive logging Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and/or Bash to streamline operational and business processes Build internal tools and integrations connecting various systems via APIs and webhooks Identify manual, repetitive workflows across the organisation and propose and implement automated alternatives What You'll Be Doing? Keeping the organisation's infrastructure secure, stable, and scalable — servers, cloud, networks, the lot Owning the Bitrix24 environment: CRM configuration, workflow automation, user management, and integrations Building AI bots and virtual agents for the website, customer support, and internal processes Integrating LLMs (like Claude or GPT) into real business workflows that actually save people time Developing Bitrix24 chatbots using the REST API and Open Channels Writing clean automation scripts and building internal tools that make everyone's lives easier Proactively spotting manual processes that can be automated — and then automating them Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering role Demonstrated hands-on experience with Bitrix24 or similar system, including CRM administration, workflow automation, and bot development Solid scripting ability in Python and/or Bash; comfortable building and debugging automation scripts Working knowledge of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent) and AI agent frameworks Experience deploying and maintaining containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes or similar) Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting Effective written and verbal communication in English Technical Skills (Essential): Python and/or Bash scripting CRM/Workflow platform — Bitrix24 or equivalent (full training provided where needed) Working exposure to LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or equivalent) Docker Cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP CI/CD tooling — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar Git version control Monitoring & logging — Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar REST APIs and webhooks Desirable / Bonus Skills: Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and embedding models Familiarity with chatbot builder platforms (Tidio, Intercom, Voiceflow, or equivalent) Experience with no-code/low-code integration tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n) Previous experience in a client-facing or managed services environment Bitrix24 Partner certification or completion of official Bitrix24 developer training
