About the role

Responsibilities: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers and trade partners. Drive sales growth and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence across assigned accounts. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the territory. Negotiate listings, promotional activities, commercial agreements, and trade terms. Implement trade marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and product movement. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and stock availability. Conduct regular market visits and account reviews to maximise sales opportunities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates. Train outlet personnel on product knowledge and brand positioning where required. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing structures, and merchandising standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or a related consumer goods industry. Demonstrated experience managing key accounts and delivering sales targets. Strong understanding of modern trade and HORECA channels within the Nigerian market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Remuneration: NGN 300,000-400,000 Monthly
